The Todi City Council is convened on Monday 17 June 2024, at 3.30 pm, in the meeting room of the municipal buildings. On the agenda of the meeting:

• communications from the President/Mayor;
  1) art. 73 of the Regulations for the functioning of the municipal council: questions;
  2) art. 74 of the Regulations for the functioning of the Municipal Council: agendas;
  3) art. 76 of the Regulations for the functioning of the municipal council: motions;
  4) approval of minutes of precedent sessions;
  5) DCC n. 11 of 16/03/2022 and previous ones: renewal of membership of the Single Contracting Authority of the Province of Perugia – SUA – approval of the new agreement scheme;
  6) general budget adjustment and safeguarding of balances for the financial years 2024/2026, pursuant to art.175 C.8 and art. 198 of the TUEL (Legislative Decree no. 267/2000) – budget change no. 19.
• On June 14, the following topics are added to the agenda:

  7) Approval of a cultural friendship pact between the Municipality of Todi and the Municipality of Santomera (Spain);
  8) Disposal of a property located near Porta Orvietana intended for the construction of an electrical substation and related establishment of right of way in favor of the same;
  9) proposal to join the Beverly Pepper Projects Foundation as a supporting member until 12.31.2026 – approval.
