The abuse was repeated on four different occasions: in a hotel in Piazza di Spagna, where the first photographic set was also set up, in the agency’s Roman headquarters and in a B&B in Florence. Always with those affable ways, the photographer, already under investigation by the Florence Prosecutor’s Office for similar crimes, would have approached the university student, luring her into a trap, taking care to create the conditions for her to remain alone. According to the investigators, the agent, “abusing her position, carried out sudden and subtle gestures, taking the victim by surprise, preventing any reaction”. Furthermore, “by exerting psychological pressure – we read in the papers – he then forced the aspiring model to perform and undergo sexual acts against her will”.
The Carabinieri, at the end of the investigations, after having also listened to the women who had reported Galli in the past, on behalf of the Rome Prosecutor’s Office, executed an order which provides for the measure of precautionary custody in prison, issued by the investigating judge. The provision was notified in Florence, where the man resides and was taken to the Sollicciano prison.
