Two Moroccan citizens aged 24 and 29, seriously suspected of attempted home invasion and resisting and threatening PU, were arrested by the State Police in the Barriera district of Milan.

The intervention was born from the report to 112 NUE, at the first light of dawn, of a man who reported having heard suspicious noises coming from the street and having seen two subjects enter the apartment building opposite.

Having arrived quickly at the indicated location, the officers of the PS Barriera Milano police station surprised two men inside the indicated apartment, the front door of which was clearly forced and damaged.

One of these, the twenty-nine year old, hurriedly leaves the house and, to gain space to escape, threatens one of the policemen with a sharp iron chisel about 30 cm long.

However, he is reached shortly afterwards by the police operator who, despite being attacked again, this time with his bare hands, by the subject, manages to neutralize and stop him.

The second man, aged 24, is also armed and threatens the other policeman with a machete, who however disarms him and manages to block his escape despite some kicks and punches received by him. The two are arrested.

The criminal proceedings are currently in the preliminary investigation phase, therefore the presumption of innocence of the suspects applies until the final sentence.
