It was a busy Saturday in Taranto – we read on Daily – yesterday morning word spread of the much infamous meeting between the coach Ezio Capuano and the president Massimo Giove which, in fact, took place around lunch time. Happy outcome, at least unofficially: an agreement has been signed to continue together next year even though the definitive “yes” should arrive between tomorrow and Tuesday. It is legitimate to ask: with what technical perspectives? No downsizing on the horizon, the Taranto of the 2024/25 season should not rely on the playing time factor, nor on that linked to the development of young people. On Tuesday, Capuano will probably be in the area to take part in an appointment and it cannot be ruled out that, after the new confrontation with president Giove, the company will not decide to communicate the news through a press release – always reports the Daily.
