OLBIA. The next June 22nd the feast of the Madonna Consolata will be held as every year. The celebration, at 7.00 pm at the house of the Consolata Missionaries, in via Venafiorita 66, will be enriched with the inauguration of an exhibition dedicated to Mongolia which will illustrate the work carried out by the Consolata Missionaries in this country.
Visitors will have the opportunity to view a documentary in which the Cardinal Marengo George and some missionaries will share their evangelization experiences. The event will be chaired by father Luca Bovio, national secretary of the Pontifical Missionary Societies in Poland. In preparation for the party, from 19 to 21 June a triduum of prayer will be held to thank for the 50 years of presence of the Consolata Missionaries in the city of Olbia and to celebrate the announcement of the upcoming canonization of Blessed Giuseppe Allamanofounder of the Consolata Missionaries.
