As part of the renovation works for the seismic improvement of the school building home to the Liceo Statale and Istituto Magistrale “Edmondo De Amicis”, in Corso Carlo Brunet 12, the company in charge of the works has communicated the need to set up an additional construction site area in Via V. Bersezio at the corner of Corso Brunet, to allow the positioning of a pacifying machine on the pavement and part of the roadway adjacent to the external facade of the building subject to the intervention.

The new construction site area will be set up on the road adjacent to house number. 33 of via Bersezio (odd street side) at the corner of Corso Brunet, affecting both the adjacent raised pavement portion and the adjacent complete semi-carriageway (with direction of travel from Via B. Revelli towards C.so Brunet).

It will therefore be necessary to close the section of the semi-carriageway of Via Bersezio to transit, in the direction of travel from Via Revelli towards C.so Brunet, while the passage of vehicles entering from Corso Brunet heading towards Via Revelli will be allowed. To allow this passage, parking will also be prohibited on the stalls in Via Bersezio, on the same street number, along the stretch of road between Corso Brunet and the pedestrian crossing at street number no. 33 of the same street.

The set-up operations will begin on the morning of Monday 17 June.

Therefore, from 8:00 am on Monday 17 June until the completion of the works (expected by Monday 1 July 2024) there will be the following changes to traffic are operational small town:

in Via Vittorio Bersezio – roadway on the odd numbered side – along the stretch between via B. Revelli and Corso C. Brunet (excluded) the complete closure to vehicular transit 0/24 – along the semi-carriageway heading towards Via B. Revelli towards C.so Brunet – except authorized persons;

in Via Vittorio Bersezio – sidewalk on the odd street side – along the stretch between Via B. Revelli and Corso C. Brunet – a closure to pedestrian traffic – regulated with road signs and/or road signs – along the portion of raised pavement adjacent to the building;

in Via Vittorio Bersezio – on the same street number – along the stretch between C.so Brunet and the pedestrian crossing at street number no. 33 of the same street – is established the parking ban 0/24 with forced removal.

To avoid traffic congestion in the affected area,it should also be noted that, for the entire duration of the construction site, Viale degli Angeli will be opened to traffic, in the stretch from Corso Vittorio Emanuele to Corso Brunet.
