Florence, 15 June 2024 – Inconveniences ahead for those traveling by train on the day of Sunday 16 June 2024. The Pdm and Pd national assembly, an autonomous trade union acronym, has in fact proclaimed a national stop on the mobile staff of Trenitalia and Trenitalia Tper, from 3 in the morning on Sunday 16 to 2 in the morning on Monday 17 June 2024. The strike also involves the Tuscany.
Who can stop
The national strike, Ferrovie says, could have repercussions on railway traffic and lead to possible cancellations total and partial Frecce, Intercity, Italo regional trains of Trenitalia and Trenitalia Tper.
Information
The effects, in terms of cancellations and delays, may occur even earlier and may continue after hours of the end of the strike. Trenitalia invites all passengers to inform themselves before going to the station and, when possible, to reschedule the trip.

Refunds
Attention: as this is a strike called for a public holiday, there are no guarantee bands. Travelers who intend to cancel the trip can request a refund starting from the declaration of strike: – until the departure time of the booked train, for Intercity and Frecce trains; – until midnight on the day before the strike itself, for Regional trains. Alternatively, they can reschedule the journey, under similar transport conditions, as soon as possible, subject to seat availability.
