They throw stones at moving trains, it’s a hunt for the baby gang in the Brescia area

Baby gang, or problematic young people as some like to call them, continue to create problems among the railway stations in the province of Brescia. Not only in Desenzano, the arrival point for the baby hooligans arriving from Brescia where the bathrooms were damaged, but also the railway terminal of Ponte San Marco, a hamlet of Calcinato. It is here that the police recently had to strengthen their controls after a large group of children gathered at the station to throw stones at passing trains.

Fortunately, to date, there have been no consequences of the senseless “game” undertaken by the local baby gang. But the episodes did not go unnoticed railway police and ai carabinieri who intensified control of the area to identify young vandals. It is not the first time that the Calcinato railway station becomes the scene of similar gestures or games between children.

In 2016, for example, a 15-year-old died while – according to some witnesses – he was playing with friends at crossing the tracks. Yes, the crossing. Similar cases occur, especially on weekends, even at Desenzano as shown by the videos bounced on Instagram with kids arriving between 1.30pm and 2pm and creating havoc in the terminal and then moving between the squares and the lakeside of lower Garda.
