Grosseto: Tomorrow evening, Saturday 15 June at 9.00 pm at the Cathedral of San Lorenzo (Grosseto, Piazza del Duomo) the final concert of the ninth cultural exchange project “Young Musicians of the World” will take place.

The event promoted bythe Recondite Armonie Cultural Association with the artistic direction of the pianists Diego Benocci and Gala Chistiakova for the final evening will see the participation of the young pianists Leonardo Benocci, Jacopo Leotta, Riccardo Abbruzzese, Francesco Nacucchi, Francesco Cauci, Constance Raillard, Filippo Cibecchini, Alexander Dow, Carlotta Anna Denevi, Davide Lena, Maria Medvedeva, the violinist Megan Moreci, the trumpeters Enea Caló and Nassim Crompton, the alto filicorno of Geordie Crompton, the flautists Ernesto Furzi and Antonio Raia, the percussionist Francesco Bertini, the harpist Isabella Laus and finally the G.Puccini Choir of Grosseto directed by Maestro Walter Marzilli accompanied by Matteo Ronzini. In recent days, after the opening concert in the theatre, the project landed with great success in some of the most beautiful places in Grosseto and its province; from the Sala Pegaso of Palazzo Aldobrandeschi, seat of the province of Grosseto, to the Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Roccalbegna, from the Church of the Misericordia to the Medici troniera, seat of the ProLoco of Grosseto, up to the Church of San Michele Arcangelo in Sassofortino.

The evening, dedicated to the memory of the late Maestro Palmiero Giannetti, historic clarinettist and orchestra director, will be presented by the journalist Carlo Sestini and it will be possible to make a free donation in favor of the restoration of the Cathedral organ.
