It will be held on Monday 17 June, at 7.30 pm, at the Marina d’Arechi in Salerno the VI edition of «Buonissimi», the charity event created by the OPen OdV Association (Pediatric Oncology and Neuroblastoma), to raise funds for scientific research projects. «Very good» it is an evening dedicated to Mediterranean food and wine excellences. An amusement park of taste where starred chefs and culinary professionals, with tastings organized by the consortia and their producers, support a project promoted bythe Open association, offering the authentic flavors of the best Italy. The best culinary realities of the national territory come together and meet to share a story of taste and hope, between goodness of heart and that of genuine raw materials. The project that Buonissimi 2024 will finance this time is called Editor. Thank you Ceinge, the Institute of Advanced Biotechnologies and the University of Naples Federico II contributed to the financing of the Open OdV, will be able to carry out the next generation sequencing and genome editing to identify genetic risk factors as therapeutic targets for the treatment of pediatric cancers.
