Sunday is the playoff-worthy challenge

In the national Serie C baseball championship the countdown has started for the Bari Warriors who on Sunday 16 June have the first opportunity to secure the ticket for the promotion playoffs to Serie B. At 3pm, in front of the friendly public of the municipal field B of Noicattaro, the warriors will face the Angels of Matino: in case of victory they will mathematically acquire the right to play in the direct elimination playoffs, which will start in September to decide the 3 teams that, throughout the national territory, will be promoted to Serie B.
Mister Portuguese should have everyone at his disposal and be able to deploy the best guns to continue the path that this year sees the red and whites at the top of the table with full points in group P of the national championship.
The playoff objective therefore brings together the warrior community of the Apulian capital: at the municipal B field of Noicattaro (free entry) on Sunday the Bari Warriors want to write a new page in their history.
And before the match between the senior teams, at 10am the under 15 boys from Bari and Matino will compete in a match valid for the category championship. Second appointment for the red and whites, defeated by Foggia on their debut: it’s time for redemption, it’s time to have fun, it’s time to play baseball!
