The First Supplementary Contract for the Municipal Pharmacies of Foligno has been signed
Last week, the Municipal Pharmacies of Foligno (AFAM) reached an important milestone with the signing of their first corporate supplementary contract. This contract provides for the recognition of a productivity bonus, the provision of meal vouchers and the integration of the contractual pension fund (Previambiente Fund).
These elements were welcomed with great satisfaction by Fisascat Cisl Umbria and the Cisl Foligno – Spoleto Territorial Union Area, who see in this contract an excellent result and an important step forward in the valorisation of a fundamental and strategic sector for the community.
Simona Gola, secretary of Fisascat Cisl Umbria, and Bruno Mancinelli, coordinator for the CISL of the Foligno – Spoleto Territorial Union Area, expressed their profound satisfaction for the important result achieved. “After about two years of complex negotiations, sometimes characterized by tensions, we managed to achieve an important result not only for the workers involved, but also for the future of municipal pharmacies within the regional healthcare system, which is increasingly close to the territory,” they declared.
Finally, the trade unionists wanted to thank all the workers who never failed to give their support and support, even in the most critical moments. This result is also thanks to their commitment and dedication.
