Reggio Calabria, first super summer for the Medinblu Restaurant

Summer is here and so is it Medinblue he decided to dive in headfirst. The Restaurant of theSuccessful hotel in Reggio Calabria is renewed and once again takes on the role of a “chameleon” structure. All this thanks to Rooftop Bar, the restaurant’s terrace is open to the city 365 days a year, four seasons out of four. Summer, obviously, brings with it a completely different type of charm, also for the beauty of enjoying a drink or tasting a dish with the panorama of Corso Garibaldi and the Strait.

Summer means freshness, fun, joy. Even more so for the Medinblu Restaurant, in its “first” summer season after the enlargement of the structure also a lounge for drinking and eating. And this is also why the place has decided to renovate, changing the menu, open precisely to the most beautiful season. New dishes, new drinks, with the aim of looking – as well as territoriality and contemporaneity – also at seasonality.

Summer dishes

For the new season, Medinblu has included some dishes interesting ones including raw fish, prawn tacos with stracciatella and crunchy salad, fried fish (squid, prawns and red mullet), the classic spaghetti with clams, Catalan prawn and the catch of the day. A fresh, tasty menu, with traditional, light and tasty dishes, revisited for the summer period. Dishes in line with the period, executed and created by Chef Giovanni Chilà.

The new line of aperitifs

The same goes for i cocktail, divided into Basic, Premium, Superpremium and Twist on Classic, also renewed for the summer season. A summer season which, obviously, does not stop at food and aperitifs, but is accompanied by the usual pleasant and welcoming entertainment. Every Saturday evening the DJ setjust as there will be no shortage of live music. The big news, however, is represented by theExtraordinary opening on Sunday evening, with summer opening hours starting from 6.30pm.
