Martina and Raul I am one of the 7 couples participating in the new edition of Temptation Island. From the video of her presentation, Martina complained of excessive jealousy of her boyfriend which made her feel trapped and did not leave her free. After just a few days in the girlfriends’ village, Martina confides in Carlo, a tempter with whom she has begun to establish a feeling.
Martina’s words
Martina confided in Carlo, the tempter, about her relationship with Raul: «I met him, we were together for 6 months, I told him that he is too jealous and after a year we met and got back together. He exaggerates actions, his jealousy is unhealthy. I see a form of insecurity, possession behind it, but in this way he loses me. This jealousy needs to change and if it doesn’t change, he’s not the person he’s not for me. How can I move in with him? For Liu, living together would be a drama, he would have more power, he would feel like the boss he isn’t. He must understand the spaces and freedoms.”
Then he continues: «Sometimes he comes to me at the restaurant, he stands there while I’m at the register, while he looks at me and checks me. Sometimes my clients tell me “Martina come and visit us in Sardinia!” What do I do? Do I answer him badly? He stands there and looks at me and says, “That wasn’t necessary.” He looks at you. If you are crazy, jealous crazy, I won’t come and live with you. Now when we argue and he blocks me, I take the car and go out with my best friend and that’s it.”
Raul’s outburst
“He’s making me look like a madman,” Raul says after watching the videos on the pinnettu. Then he looks at the guys to ask Oro for confirmation: “Crazy, mad, furious, do I seem like that to you? I’ve calmed down, if he has a day when I’m pissed off, I’ll answer him badly. Sometimes I’ve been crazy because if my ship leaves… but I’m not that crazy, mad, crazy, fiery. You make a fool of yourself because I’m not crazy, mad and furious…”
The second pinnettu
Martina is inside the house with Carlo, the tempter, while she vents: “I have perceived that he makes me feel wrong when I have fun… now I go on automatic because I am used to making him feel wrong. I would never cancel myself, but I wage war with him”. “Why is he inside the house? No, no…”, Raul begins to protest while watching videos of his girlfriend with the tempter.
But it doesn’t end there because in the following days, Martina gets closer and closer to Carlo, to the point of putting cream on his shoulders, a gesture that drives Raul out of his mind. And finally, the kiss on the head that definitely makes poor Raul go into a rage who, overcome by anger and fury, leaves the pinnettu thinking back to the images of his girlfriend with another man and starts taking it out on the bottle of water that he throws to the ground, trying to contain his anger. «If he’s with me, he can’t do this. The cream, the jokes… no problem, I’m dancing tonight. Before her I had fun. She had to make me feel calm.”
