It’s on theexit from the pharmaceutical consortium intermunicipal (Cfi) and the sale of the two municipal pharmacies on the city territory that the truth was consumed clash– as reported by the newspaper “The city” on newsstands today – between the majority and the opposition during the river session of town Council of Salerno yesterday.
«The consortium closes the 2021 budget with a credit towards the consortium members (which then disappears) of nine million, of which one million is with the Municipality.
Plus they send us a document certifying a loss of 11 million euros», underlines the group leader of Forza Italia, Roberto Celano, asking that the administration exercise similar control over the consortium since the numbers don’t add up.
«It is not about credits but compensation: from the exit from the pharmaceutical consortium and from the sale of the two pharmacies – underlines the president of the Budget Commission, Fabio Polverino – we have to pay an amount that is not a real credit because it does not come from the management activity of the consortium but is a compensation that we have to pay for the exit: for the Salerno 1 pharmacy it is 505 thousand euros and for Salerno 2 548 thousand.
As per the statute, we will exit by June 30th and there will be a subsequent proposal to the Board of Directors to define the amount to be paid once the sale has taken place».
