The team, coordinated by a psychologist and behavior analyst, is made up of professionals with specific training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) who are already at work preparing the SUMMER LAB for autism. The project will be presented on Friday 14 June at 5.30 pm at Palazzo Tupputi, the meeting will be opened by greetings from Carmine Panico, president of the cooperative; Roberta Rigante, councilor for social services and Elisabetta Mastrototaro, city councilor who will then give the floor to Dr. Valeria Solimini, psychologist and contact person for the Summer Lab for autism. The evening will be moderated by Dr. Piera La Notte, psychologist and coordinator of the “I Care” cooperative.
The activities that will be carried out in the summer project will be dedicated to children/young people aged 8 to 11 and will be aimed at strengthening and encouraging the acquisition of skills related to personal autonomy and self-care, community autonomy and promoting skills socio-relational and emotional. All through workshops, games, swimming pool, outings in the area and fun.
