Prescriptionfinally, for Nicola Palumbowho is only charged with the crime of abusive exercise of the financial activity for having collaborated in the recovery of the money lent.
The lawyer also spoke at yesterday’s hearing Monica del Grosso, which filed a civil action for one of the two entrepreneurs receiving the usury requests. In the meantime, the outgoing President of the Court Marilisa Rinaldi signed a decree in light of which, from 9 September, the new preliminary investigations magistrate (gip) will be Andrea Loffredo, 55 years old.
