As part of the crime prevention and repression activity that the force constantly carries out, the Carabinieri of the Orvieto Company have implemented, in recent days, an extraordinary territorial control service.
During the activity, the soldiers of the Norm Radiomobile Unit reported three foreigners aged 23, 28 and 36, all of South American origins, burdened by previous records and domiciled in the Capital who, checked on board a car stopped near of a shopping centre, were found to have failed to comply with the expulsion order issued against them by the Police Commissioner of Rome.
The smallest of the three was also reported as a drug user as he was found in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
Staff from the same department also referred a 36-year-old for escaping from house arrest, a precautionary measure imposed on her for crimes of resistance, injury and insult to a public official.
The woman was aboard a vehicle driven by her 38-year-old partner. During the check it also emerged that the man did not have a driving license while the car did not have insurance coverage; therefore the military proceeded with the administrative reporting of the man, who was also burdened by numerous precedents, and with the seizure of the vehicle.
