Proximity office, the Barletta Municipality Office is active from today – BarlettaLive.it

From today on the fourth floor of the headquarters of the Welfare, School Services and other Personal Services Sector of the Municipality of Barletta, located in Piazza Aldo Moro n. 16, will be activeProximity Office of the Municipality of Barletta which strengthens and consolidates the existing Proximity Help Desk.

As communicated by the Puglia Region, Barletta is the first Municipality in Puglia to activate a Proximity Office.

Inside the Proximity Office, citizens will be able to receive free information and support and will have the possibility to file documents electronically for the following procedures:

• guardianship and support administrations (e.g. Request for appointment of Guardian or Support Administrator and all requests regarding guardianship, AdS and minors)
• AdS sub-procedures;
• requests relating to protections;
• sub-protection proceedings;
• requests relating to curatorships;
• authorizations pursuant to art. 320 et seq. Civil Code concerning minors (e.g. requests for authorization to manage the assets of the minor, of the interdict, of the beneficiary of AdS;
• request for authorization to accept the inheritance with benefit of inventory on behalf of minors, interdicts or beneficiaries of AdS);
• civil status documents (formation, rectification, surname attribution);
• authorizations for the issuance of documents valid for expatriation;
• appointment of special curator art. 320 et seq. (minors).
