The conclusions will be entrusted to president the Camunian Pierangelo Milesi (on the right next to Stefania Romano).

“The congress is also an opportunity to draw up a balance sheet and I believe that the best result of these eight years of Presidency is mostly invisible to the eyes or even still to come – so the President Milesi, at the end of his second and last mandate – It consists in the sowing of vital principles of participation and democracy and in the patient weaving of associative bonds, the threads of which support the daily service to people, inspired by brotherhood as a political paradigm and by social friendship which alone can help us achieve this change of era without succumbing to selfish individualism”.

The congress will come to life Saturday 29 June from 8am at the Artigianelli institute (via Piamarta 6): a day of discussion and comparison to share the mandate lines for the next four years. An outline of reflection for this appointment is constituted by the document: “The courage of peace”, proposed and discussed at the club assemblies that preceded the congress. It is a document which, linked to the national congress track, has developed within the training course: “But the sky is always bluer,” carried out in Brescia between February and March, with the participation of over 40 people interested in deepening their knowledge of being and doing Acli today, also with a view to a possible associative commitment.

The congress is always an original and generative moment, which brings us back to the essentials of the associative vocation, helping the new management group to define a line of commitment and a horizon towards which to walk together”, concludes vice president Stefania Romano.
