Also this year the Ippocampo club of Molfetta with its canal participated in the “Sailing Day” organized and sponsored by the Italian Sailing Federation. The culture of the sea and the sport of sailing are at the center of the initiative. The unexpected participation of over 270 children and adults who, with lightheartedness and interest, enjoyed the emotions that sailing boats offer while learning the basics of this fascinating water sport. Open to participants of all ages starting from 6 years old, Sailing Day is designed to be a fun, educational and inclusive experience, perfect for both children and adults.
Sailing is not just a sport, but a real lifestyle that teaches discipline, teamwork, respect for the environment and, last but not least, offers unforgettable moments of freedom and adventure. The Sailing Day is structured to offer participants a complete overview of sailing activities.
Thanks to everyone for making the initiative unforgettable. The Ippocampo club has other sailing events planned for 20 and 21 July, La Super Luna, the night regatta and Cazza & Lasca, the Rotta delle Torri, while at the beginning of October there will be the Vel’Insime sailing with Massimo, 3rd memorial Massimo Fiorentino with more flattering expectations of festive participation.
