Today, Thursday 13 June, 2024 Assembly of Confindustria Alessandria. The meeting of associated entrepreneurs will be hosted by Laura Coppo, president of Confindustria Alessandria.
The event will be held at the Municipal Theater of Casale Monferrato. The president’s report, the approval of the minutes of the 2023 Assembly and the budgets are scheduled in the private session of the Assembly reserved for members, which will precede the public conference.
The public part of the Assembly will follow, at 5.30 pm, held jointly with the Viva Foundation, which will discuss the theme “Man and his relationship with the environment, health, economy”.
The event will be introduced by speeches by Laura Coppo, president of Confindustria Alessandria, and Carlo Volpi, president of Fondazione Viva. Following, the speech by Lara Ponti, national vice president of Confindustria for the Environmental Transition and ESG Objectives: the first woman in the family to work in the family business Ponti SpA is, together with her cousin Giacomo, CEO and is responsible for Human Resources and Organizational Development.
The theme of the assembly “Man and his relationship with the environment, health, economy” will be debated by: Carlo Petrini, gastronomist, sociologist, founder of Slow Food and the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, and Nino Cartabellotta, doctor, president of the Foundation Gimbe (Italian Group for Evidence-Based Medicine), in dialogue with Pierluigi Buscaiolo, director of “Il Monferrato”.
