Monza, Lions Running is back: on 6 October sport and solidarity in the Monza Park

Monza. The third edition of Lions Running promises to be the most extraordinary ever, ready to return on Sunday 6 October to combine sport and solidarity. The previous edition was a success thanks to the impeccable organization of Lions Club Lissonewith the collaboration ofASD Gamber de Cuncuress and the patronage of the Lombardy Region, the Municipality of Monza, the Province of Monza and Brianza and the Royal Palace of Monza. This day of sport and solidarity will take place in the magnificent Monza Park, offering unforgettable emotions.

The race

Last year, over a thousand participants animated the Monza park with the yellow and blue colors of the Lions Club International, sharing the effort and sense of well-being that come from good deeds. The event maintains the objective of raising funds for ASD Polisportiva Sole and Silvia Tremolada Onlus.

Two historical routes will be available within the Monza Park, 5 or 10 km, with departure and arrival in Cascina San Fedele. The routes are simple and accessible without the need for a competitive medical certificate or membership with the Italian athletics federation. The event is open to families with children, even with strollers, and pets on a leash, offering an opportunity to spend an early autumn Sunday full of fun, either running or walking with your family or friends.
