Parma, pre-season in Collecchio, first friendly match against Lugano

Parma Calcio’s 2024-25 pre-season will begin on Monday 1 July. First the medical visits, then the first training session scheduled for July 3rd.

In view of participation number 29 in the next Serie A championship, the 2024-25 pre-season of the yellow and blue kicks off: the Men’s First Team will meet on 1 and 2 July to take the physical tests. From Wednesday 3 July the footballers, the coach Fabio Pecchia and the technical staff will all be together at the Mutti Training Center in Collecchio, home of the summer retreat, to begin the new season. In the two days before the start of training, Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd July, divided into groups, the players will undergo visits and physical fitness tests, coordinated by the medical staff, composed of Dr. Giulio Pasta (coordinator of the Medical Area ) with the team doctors, Dr. Lorenzo Segrè and Dr. Nicola Sorino, and in collaboration with the Performance&Analytics Area.

The session on Wednesday 3 July will be open to the yellow and blue fans: the access and start times for training at the Mutti Training Center in Collecchio will be communicated later, as will the complete program of sessions.

It will be played Saturday 13 July (at 7.00 pm) the first friendly match of the 2024-25 pre-season of the yellow and blues: the match will be against FC Lugano, already faced in a friendly test match last March in Collecchio. The match is scheduled at the Cornaredo Comunale stadium (via Trevano) which can be reached by following these directions: A2 motorway, Lugano Nord exit, take the Vedeggio-Cassarate tunnel (in the direction of Lugano/Gandria), at the roundabout 2nd exit (via Sonvico).
