ANCONA – Whether Alessandro Giordano is able to pay compensation for the damages to the 22-year-old who he shot in the leg more than a year ago, in Via Flavia, will be known after the summer. In fact, the asset assessment that the investigating judge Carlo Masini asked the financial police to carry out has been postponed, as also desired by the offended party. The military must explore the economic possibilities of the former policeman to see whether or not he is able to compensate the Ancona football fan Nicoló Giommi who he shot on the night of January 21, 2023, wounding him in the leg. An assessment that is binding for the testing that the former agent asked to be done to avoid the trial for injuries aggravated by the use of the weapon and by trivial reasons and also advanced to the investigating judge by the lawyers Paolo Campanati and Michele Magistrelli to whom he entrusted the defense.
