A doctor for the Bardello clinic. After six months of substitutions and temporary clinic in Biandronno, the mayor Giuseppe Iocca of Bardello with Malgesso and Bregano announces that a doctor has chosen to work in the clinic located on the ground floor of the former town hall.
Residents who wish to contact Dr. Federica Materossi can do so through the usual online channels (online health record) or in person by going to the pharmacies or offices of the Asst Sette Laghi in Gavirate.
Il doctor will be in the clinic for two hours every day but only one hour on Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon will be open access.
In giving the information, Mayor Iocca recalls the difficulties in finding doctors in the area and the efforts made by the administration to obtain an essential service, starting from the clinic made available.
Iocca’s ultimate goal is to build group medicine, with nursing staff, operating six days a week. For this reason he had decided to invest in renovating the rooms on the ground floor of the former town hall.
