They were welcomed this morning eighteen volunteers of the Universal Civil Service project promoted by the Total Quality Management Complex Structure ofWait Of Catanzaro and coordinated by the Public Relations Office (Urp) of the same company, in partnership with the social cooperative society “Green Taxi” that, a free titleoffered his collaboration.
The kids, workforce a no costwere welcomed by Dr. Claudio Francesco Tomasello, director of the complex Total Quality Management Operational Unit. The young people were made aware of the activity that they will have to carry out and were assigned in the different stationsas indicated in the public notice.
Among project objectives that of guaranteeing users health information on the services provided and on the rights and duties that every citizen has healthcare field; to support welcoming users, the information And listening of the user; to promote citizen participation to improve the quality of services provided; reduce user inconveniences in accessing and using services; to monitor the perceived quality of the services provided.
The 18 volunteers are so divided: 3 at the Umberto I health center in Catanzaro, 3 at the Catanzaro Lido health center, 4 in the Lamezia Terme health district, 4 in the Lamezia Terme hospital and 4 in the Soverato hospital.
A presence that can give greater guarantee to users on services, in particular in hospital facilities and in Health districtswhere citizens will be able to receive more help and support from tomorrow.
