“I leave him an improved and healthy Fano, now I’m going back to normal” [VIDEO]

A day of celebration and emotion. This is how the now former mayor of Fano defined the passing of the keys to the city and the tricolor band to the new mayor Luca Serfilippi, elected in the first round in the municipal elections of 8 and 9 June.

“I took the liberty of giving Luca some suggestions – he explained -, and I will try to collaborate also taking into account the things done and those still in progress. To Serfilippi, 24th mayor of Fano, my sincere best wishes. He is a good person and a good guy.”

Seri believes he left a healthy administration and improved the city. “I hope we continue in this direction – he continued –, today in the meantime I have resumed working in the Province. I went back to being a free citizen. As mayor you are never free men, because your agenda is decided by the role you hold. Now I will recover my energy and also dedicate some time to myself. During these ten years as mayor I have rightly deprived myself of many things. Now I’m back to normal.”
