The polls of the European elections – where in many municipalities in the area not even one citizen in two went to the polls, a sign of a disaffection which translated into a turnout almost 10 percentage points lower than in the 2019 round – confirmed Brothers of Italy as the first center-right party in the entire Legnano area. It’s no exception Legnanowhere Giorgia Meloni was the most voted candidate and her party came close to 31% of the vote with 7,228 votes.

Regardless of whether we vote in 2025 or 2026, in Legnano Fratelli d’Italia has already identified the “potential” candidate for mayor and it is already at work, also thanks to the “leadership” within a center-right which in the city in the last electoral rounds had often been Northern League-led.
