The polling stations closed at 11pm on Sunday 9 June in the 144 municipalities of Brescia called to vote not only for the European elections (here are the results), but also for Administrative 2024. The counting operations for the renewal of the European Parliament continued throughout the night, while the counting of the administrative vote begins at 2pm. Here you can follow our live broadcast.
The five municipalities above 15 thousand inhabitants
In this electoral round there are five “capitals”, i.e. municipalities with more than 15 thousand inhabitants, called to renew the mayor and city council: here you will find the dedicated article with all the updates.

3.07pm – Batch finished a CervenoLuigi Simone Mondoni is elected: once the quorum is exceeded, only more than 50% of the votes are valid.
3.05pm – TO Lavenone Franco Delfaccio is officially elected, the only candidate in the running who thus begins his second mandate.
3.04pm – TO Head of Bridge ahead in all seats, by a long way, Bottanelli over the outgoing Ghetti and the challenger Apolone
3.03pm – TO Iseo Riccardo Venchiarutti has a clear advantage over the candidate representing the outgoing majority, Marco Franceschetti. Venchiarutti has already been mayor in the past for ten years. The other two candidates are back.
3.02pm – TO Longhena Rita Caravaggi wins, surpassing Livio Favero with 59.84% of the votes
3pm – TO The uncle change wins: the new mayor is Natale Gemmi, who beats the outgoing deputy mayor Giusy Ballardini.
2.56pm – TO Gavardo a clear reconfirmation is looming for the outgoing mayor Davide Comaglio
2.50pm – TO Erbusco the clear victory of Erbusco Futura, the outgoing list that is nominating the current deputy mayor, Mauro Cavalleri, is looming. Ballot halfway through, but the advantage seems unbridgeable, above 50 percent. Second Erbusco of all, third Erbusco on the move.
2.42pm – TO Orzinuovi the elected mayor is Laura Magli. Center-right exponent and deputy of the outgoing mayor Gianpietro Maffoni, she surpassed Michele Scalvenzi of the Orzi Futura civic list with 3636 votes against 3004.
2.36pm – TO Cedegolo the outgoing mayor Andrea Bortolo Pedrali is ahead. Surprise instead Temu – but we will have to wait for developments -, with Francesco Bosco ahead of Corrado Tomasi; to Sellero Bressanelli (continuity) is ahead of Peluchetti; to Cividate Camuno it is neck and neck between the outgoing mayor Ballardini and the challenger Francesetti, more distant Cossetti, when the count is at a third in both sections.

TO Leno Elesbani and Udeschini are waiting at the polls as is the re-nominated Cristina Tedaldi who is currently ahead in Porzano.
2.34pm – TO Irma is reconfirmed Mauro Bertelli with 83% of the votes. This is his sixth term in office, albeit not consecutive. “The priority is the territory, starting with the effects of the Vaia storm and the bark beetle – said Bertelli -, but we also want to aim for the recovery of the town’s properties to implement tourism”.
2pm – In 31 towns where there was only one candidate running, there is formally a “new” mayor: everyone has in fact exceeded the 40% quorum necessary for the vote to be valid. Now the counting will have to certify that more than 50% of the votes are valid. In all municipalities there are reconfirmations or elections in continuity with the outgoing administration.
