Rimini, 10 June 2024 – Gli unrepeatable investigations ordered by the Prosecutor’s Office I’m from Rimini at the moment suspended. The technical tests that were scheduled for tomorrow in Ancona and Wednesday in Rome on biological samples of Pierina Paganelli and traces and findings for 15 elements isolated by the flying squad on the body of the 78-year-old killed, at the crime scene and in the home of the suspect Louis Dassilva , are now postponed to a later date.
This is the latest, in chronological order, ed yet another twist in the thriller by Pierina Paganelli since after the notice of investigation was served on the 34-year-old neighbor of the elderly woman killed. This morning in fact the defense of Dassilva, represented by the lawyer Riario Fabbri, filed an exception then welcomed by prosecutor Daniele Paci.
The consequences of this move are therefore 10 days for the defense of Dassilva to present the request for an evidentiary hearing as a venue in which to subsequently carry out the unrepeatable investigations ordered. Whether or not to accept the request is now up to the judge for preliminary investigations, after which we will proceed with the tests to understand whether it is an evidentiary incident or not.
