The appointment at the Liceo Figari in Sassari.
An evening of beauty and art that celebrates an entire school year: this is the meaning of “Appointment with Fashion“, the event organized by the Fashion Design section of the Filippo Figari high school in Sassari, which was held on Thursday 7 June in the internal area of the Artistic School.
The clothes-creations were made by the three-year students, guided by the teachers Claudio Vendramin And Barbara Sanna in collaboration with the laboratory technician Stefania Spanu.
The event opened with a greeting from the school director Mariano Muggianuwho underlined the collaboration of all directions (jewelry design, furniture design and architecture, audiovisual and multimedia) and the synergy between teachers and students to the success of the event.
Six were submitted fashion collections, who mixed tradition and modernity, through different eras and languages, cinema, theatre, music and dance. A collection was dedicated to Valentino, a tribute to the great designer, symbol of timeless elegance and of Italian excellence. During the evening, the students of the Liceo Classico Azuni of Sassari, Choreutico address, performed and introduced “Anni ’20” a journey through time in the atmosphere of the Great Gatsby, while the choir “Boghe and Ammentos” by Ittiri, directed by Piero Murru accompanied the models who wore the shawls from the collection “Homage to Sardinia“.
During the parade the students, who with their creativity and with their talent they stood out in national events and competitions and were rewarded by the school director with a certificate of merit. The show full of creativity it gave space to talents, not only future stylists but young artists guided by their teachers.
