The welcome was fantastic, both at the airport and here in the hotel. It’s a fantastic feeling. Competition is good for all teams, not just the national team. We have to be 100% because we play against great teams. It doesn’t matter who plays, we just have to do our best.

A very special match, we play against the reigning European champions. We must enter the field and give our best, fighting for every point. We talk on the pitch. All three games are tough, but the teams differ from each other. We will enter the field to get the result we need to move forward.
The path to the European Championship
For me it is a dream come true. I have always worked and will do my best to reach even higher levels and I hope we can achieve this in this important competition. When I join the national team I want to get on the pitch, give my all and give everything for this shirt.
The experience in Serie A
It helps us a lot in the match against Italy, because we know almost all the Italian players how they play, it helps us tactically. It will be a special match, they are very high quality players, but we know this because we faced them during the championship.
