Olbia. Forestry and environmental surveillance corps in action in Olbia, precisely in Pittulonguand so on Arzachenato the Little Pevero, where two construction sites and an illegal road were placed under preventive seizure. The operation was ordered by the public prosecutor of Tempio Gregorio Capasso as part of activities aimed at controlling the territory and aimed at preventing and repression of violations in urban planning, construction and environmental matters. The seals at Piccolo Pevero were triggered following an investigation by the men of the Olbia Forestry. Various works deemed abusive have ended up under seizure of three buildings under construction, a swimming pool and a connecting road approximately one hundred meters long, which are located within an area subject to landscape and hydrogeological restrictions, as well as within an Hg2 zone, i.e. an area with medium landslide risk, included within the hydrogeological management plan of the municipality of Arzachena.

The second preventive seizure, also carried out by the men of the Olbia Forestry on behalf of the prosecutor Gregorio Capasso, took place on a construction site in Pittulongu. The seals were triggered in a part of the construction site where work is being completed for the construction of a multi-family building. According to the investigations carried out by the Forestry Department, the construction presents some non-compliant works compared to what is foreseen in the Pittulongu recovery plan. The activity of Prosecutor Capasso, who is particularly attentive to environmental crimes with campaigns aimed at combating illegal construction, will continue in the coming weeks. The coastal areas in particular are under the lens of the Tempio Prosecutor’s Office. (ts)
