EXTRACT OF PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE
ARTE Savona announces that with decree of the Sole Administrator n.° 87 of 16.04.2024 the public auction notice for the sale of the property for residential use located in Celle Ligure (SV), Via Biestri civ. was approved. 3 int. 4 located on the first floor below the road, identified at the NCEU of the Municipality of Celle Ligure (SV) on sheet 5, land registry 1324, subordinate 29, category A/2, class 1, sup. commercial 70.00 m2, with access to the condominium entrance hall from the door located on the street level, comprising entrance hall, a living room with kitchenette with balcony, a closet, bathroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with direct access to a second bathroom and related appurtenances consisting of a cellar located on the 2nd floor below the street with access from a condominium corridor reachable by lift or from the stairwell, better identified in the NCEU of Celle Ligure (SV) on sheet 5, map 1324, sub 24, cat. C/2, class 1, sup. commercial 0.87 m2 and garage located on the 3rd floor below the street (basement), with driveway access from street level and reachable from the accommodation with the use of a lift system or via the condominium stairwell. The latter is better identified in the NCEU of the Municipality of Celle Ligure (SV) on sheet 5, map 1324, sub. 10, category C/6, class U, sup. commercial 7.48 m2.
Security deposit to guarantee the offer: 10% of the starting price. Any tax charges, contractual expenses and reimbursement of expenses incurred relating to the tender will be added to the hammer price of the property.
AWARD CRITERIA: secret offers, which must be higher than the starting auction price, in accordance with current legislation.
The award will be by single auction in favor of the competitor who has submitted the most advantageous offer compared to the starting auction price of to €270,000.00 plus chargeswithout prejudice to the verification of the requirements of the person producing the offer as reported in the auction notice.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS: the packages containing the application for admission, the security deposit, the requested documentation and the financial offer must be received under penalty of nullity by 1pm on 1 July 2024 (Monday).
