The State Police of Latina, as part of the activity aimed at preventing criminal activities attributable to subjects residing irregularly on Italian territory, this morning proceeded with the accompaniment to the Fiumicino border for the purposes of repatriation of a Tunisian citizen, class 1982.

Having entered irregularly, he has remained on the national territory until today as an asylum seeker, a right that the competent Territorial Commission with two different provisions did not recognize due to the lack of the objective and subjective requirements established by law.

Following the in-depth checks carried out by the Immigration Office, the Police Commissioner issued the immediate accompaniment order to the border validated by the competent Judicial Authority, which allowed the execution of the forced accompaniment service at the air border of Rome Fiumicino.

The repatriation took place this morning at 10.45am with a direct flight to Tunis.

The result is the result of the incessant activity of the State Police of Latina, which sees the staff constantly engaged both in the field of investigative information activities and in the field of extraordinary services to High Impact launched on the territory of the Province of Latina, activities which have among their objectives also that of combating the irregular stay of foreign subjects on the territory of the State.
