Ancona, 5 June 2024 – The Shareholders’ Meeting of Biocasa Service srl, a house company of Erap Marche itself which controls 100% of the share capital, approved the financial statements as of 31 December 2023 for €860,000 which denoted the persistent financial solidity of the Company, with a substantial settlement on the values of the previous year in terms of turnover and operating profit. At the same time it also approved the industrial plan for the three-year period 2024-2026, proposed by the Sole Director, Dr. Marco Porcarelli.
Biocasa, on behalf of Erap Marche, manages the real estate business of Engineering and of Service concerning the assets of the public and private building heritage, the development of the use of green building and energy requalification techniques, the technical-administrative management of real estate properties, services to users of real estate, the management of water supply contracts and light representing a reference in relations with the public, as regards emergency response and social mediation between the regional body and the assignees of the accommodation managed by Erap Marche.

With the approval of the industrial plan, the sole shareholder reiterated its full sharing of the expansion strategies that have characterized corporate activities in recent years, which led, during the year 2024, to the strengthening of the partnership between Erap Marche and its company controlled.
The implementation of the activities was supported by an adequate policy of strengthening the workforce, having hired 7 new employees, who were located at the various offices.
All this will lead, according to forecasts, to an increase in annual turnover of approximately €300,000, which will therefore settle in the order of €1,100,000 as of this financial year.
With the new Industrial Plan, the objective is to continue the positive trend based on the results obtained both in terms of turnover and the usefulness and quality of the services provided to users.
«Among the objectives we had set ourselves was to intensify the impact of Biocasa’s action – He says Saturnino Di RuscioPresident of Erap Marche – there was to extend BioCasa’s action to the entire regional territory in a more homogeneous way than had happened in previous years, considering the great value of social and cultural mediation that Biocasa carries out and contributing both to preventing conflicts between assignees of often different languages, religions and ethnic groups who meet the needs of users, generally characterized by situations of strong economic-social hardship, to improve their housing conditions and encourage relationships with ERAP and with the other operators involved in the housing policies”.

During 2023, at the request of Erap Marche, agreements were formalized with the principals of Ancona, Pesaro/Urbino, Macerata, Ascoli Piceno with the exception of Fermo due to its small size but with which a collaborative relationship has been established.
2024 will be a year where the work done will see its results. Already today there are new opportunities for the development of services at Erap Marche”.
Through its in-house company, therefore, ERAP Marche aims to provide increasingly qualified responses to the critical issues revealed in public housing contexts, deriving from a problematic socioeconomic context, which reverberates its most harmful consequences especially in the weakest groups, who constitute the catchment area of public residential construction.
