REGGIO EMILIA – Last June 9th the Scat Punti Vendita Spa company celebrated its first 90 years of activity with a party hosted by Esploworld. There the owners – the Salsi family – brought together all the employees and their families of the companies Scat, Cis Nord and Ca Vecia Immobiliare
“It is with a lot of pride mixed with strong emotion that we toasted this success made of tradition, sense of family, attachment to the Reggio Emilia area to which we belong and innovation with an eye towards the future, on which the family together with the company managers is aiming a lot in terms of investments in technologies that have the aim of providing an increasingly smarter service to its customers”, the words of Andrea Salsi.
Scat has been operating in the petroleum product distribution sector for over 90 years through its 68 fuel distribution plants and with its own EGO brand. From the Mancasale warehouse it serves over 3,000 customers from the most varied sectors through direct deliveries and with its own My station oil cards. In addition to recently modernized car wash systems with innovative technologies and water recycling systems; widespread in the sale of methane and LPG for automotive use, with 2 rapidly increasing electric charging centers and over 20 bars/restaurants, it has been the travel partner of many Emilians for 90 years. Added to this is the wholesale resale throughout the north of the country.
The occasion of the celebrations was the moment in which the desire to invest in new fuels was reiterated, supporting the ongoing energy conversion and projecting the company into the years to come.
