The proposing subjects identified as organizers of the 76th Sagra del Pizzutello and Settembre Tiburtino 2024, through a specific agreement to be stipulated at the end of the public selection procedure, will have to assume all obligations, including financial ones, inherent to the overall organization of the entrusted events, with particular regarding the creation of posters and advertising material for the program, drafting of safety plans (where necessary), as well as all preparatory activities, such as requests for authorization and permits to carry out the activities, and operational logistics such as making available equipment, material etc. At the end of the events, the organizers will have to present a statement of the expenses incurred and a final report in accordance with the regulations for the granting of grants, contributions, subsidies and financial aid and for the attribution of economic advantages.
For the program of initiatives relating to Settembre Tiburtino 2024, in addition to the contribution for the organisation, the Scuderie Estensi and the Bleso Amphitheater will be made available on a priority basis to the person identified as the foster carer, for the carrying out of the indoor initiatives. for outdoor initiatives, from 1 September to 6 October 2024.
For other cultural proposals that may reach the Municipality from individuals and associations, in the period highlighted, the free use of the other available municipal spaces will be guaranteed exclusively (Rocca Pia, Sala E. Roesler Franz, Ex Chiesa dell’Annunziata, Conference Room Library and Museum, Orazio Municipal Auditorium of Tivoli Terme). The already booked and formalized initiatives scheduled between 1 September and 6 October will automatically be included in the program of events – where deemed worthy and in consideration of proven communication diffusion – at the sole discretion of the Culture Office.
