Insuring a car, with civil liability only, in Naples it costs on average almost three times as much as in Triesteabout the double that a Rome and in any case almost 500 euros more than the second most expensive city by average price, i.e Palermo. According to the latest available data from Facile.it relating to last April and to the regional capitals and based on almost 12.5 million quotes made on the comparison portal, the average price of motor liability insurance in Naples reaches 1,135.55 eurosa figure significantly higher than the second most expensive city, Palermo, where the average price is “only” 677.89 euros.
On the lowest step of the ranking podium is Bari, with 671.41 euros on average for Auto TPL. On the opposite side of the list there is Trieste, the cheapest city. With 416.09 euros, insuring a car there costs almost a third compared to what is spent in Naples. Good too Powerone of the few cities in the south to have a low cost of car insurance: it is 19th with an average of 438.71 euros. In 18th place Aosta, with 466.39 euros.
Returning to the highest averages, Rome is in fourth place, with a car insurance price of 666.90 euros. Then there is Genoa (659.60 euros), followed by Florence (639.08 euros) e Turin (620.23 euros). It is in eighth position in the rankings Cagliari (610.17 euros), ninth Catanzaro (606.49 euros). The top ten closes Perugiawhich falls below 600 euros, settling at 590.68 euros.
