LATINA – One dead and one seriously injured. It was this the serious toll drawn up following two road accidents occurred on Monday in the province of Latina. Simone Di Lorenzo, the centaur of Borgo Sabotino, was 53 years old who lost his life in the early afternoon while it ran along Via del Valloncello on the border with Borgo Bainsizza and, therefore, with the municipality of Latina. What happened shortly after 1pm at the height ofintersection with via San Marco, in the hamlet of Sant’Ilariothey are trying to establish local police officers but it is now certain that the 53-year-old died following the head-on collision between the BMW motorcycle on which he was located and a Kia which was coming from the opposite direction. The impact was violent and because of it the man ended up in a side ditch. Unfortunately When the first responders arrived, the 53-year-old was already no longer breathing. There driver of the small car, seriously injured, was rescued and transferred by the 118 staff to the Santa Maria Goretti hospital where she is still hospitalized. To allow legal findings Via della Valloncello remained blocked in both directions for a long time to be reopened to traffic after 5pm.
