The policemen of the Fondi police station, in recent days, carried out an execution order issued by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Latina against a young man from Fondi who was already subjected to house arrest.
The man, a frequenter of environments dedicated to criminal activities, was convicted of aggravated assault and threats in 2019 and in 2020 he received a second conviction for assault.
Following these events, the boy continued to engage in criminal conduct and was reported as being held responsible for injuries and persecutory acts against a young girl as well as mistreatment in the family and extortion against her mother, the latter being the victim. of constant requests for money which the man, a habitual drug user, needed to purchase the narcotic.
The last conviction dates back to November 2023, when the man was convicted of aggravated sexual assault, a crime for which he had been reported in 2021 by a young woman who had been seeing him.
In light of the final sentences issued against him, the Prosecutor’s Office issued the order for the execution of the cumulative sentences applied, a measure carried out in recent days by the Fondi police.
The man will have to serve a total sentence of 4 years and two months in prison.
