HOLY VITTORIA OF ALBA – Hiking with your dog is one of the best adventures: can you think of anything better? So grab your four-legged friend and set off in the direction of Santa Vittoria d’Alba!
This is what happened in Santa Vittoria d’Alba on Sunday 2 June: the meeting point at Piazza Europa in the hamlet of Cinzano. Many people participated, but there were many furry friends present at the 1st “4 Paws Day”: a very unique event because the passion for one’s dog or animals transported a nice group of people along old and new paths around To the country. A circular route of km. 6, which from the Cinzano plain allowed us to reach the heights of the historic center with the beautiful viewpoint towards the Langhe and very characteristic views of the town. After the lunch served to the walkers by the Zia Gabry club, some of them coming from neighboring provinces were asked by the guides to visit the plaster cast gallery and the Confraternity of San Francesco, wonders of Santa Vittoria. They were very enraptured by such beauty. In the afternoon, to conclude, our friends from “4 Zampe in Langa” performed, with their athletes, in “Agility” and “People Search” dog activities, demonstrating all their professionalism.
