The Financiers of the Provincial Command of Reggio Calabriawith the coordination of the Public Prosecutor’s Office Palmsdirected by Dr. Emanuele Growing, they are implementing a provision issued by the GIP of the local Court, which orders the application of the precautionary measure of seizure of movable and immovable property for an amount equal to € 465,925.64towards the owner of a Sole proprietorship of Seminara (RC).
In particular, with the provision in question, the aforementioned Judicial Authority has ordered – without prejudice to subsequent assessments regarding the effective and definitive assessment of responsibilities in the further phases of the proceedings – the seizure from the Financial resources of the suspect, as well as of movable property and properties attributable to the same.
The Yellow Flames of the Company of Palmsthrough a tax audit concluded in April of this year, have reconstructed the amount of taxes relating to the years since 2020 to 2022for which the legal representative of Controlled company did not submit the required documents statements for the purposes VAT and II.DD., consequently being reported to the Judicial Authority for exceeding the thresholds for punishability of evaded taxes.
At the end of the investigations, therefore, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations at the Court of Palmi, sharing the proposal put forward by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at that location, ordered the seizure from the sums evaded.
