Yet another young road victim during yesterday’s busy evening. It happened in via Giovanni Pascoli in the municipality of Casoria on the border with Naples.
A young man aged just 15 died when his scooter crashed into cars in the area bordering Capodichino airport.
The police from the Arpino di Casoria station and an ambulance from 118 intervened on the scene but when they arrived on site the boy’s heart had already stopped beating.
The body was seized to be subjected to an autopsy at the Giugliano hospital where it was transferred. As well as the scooter. The impact was extremely violent and the scooter was destroyed.
The police carried out the investigations with the help of car headlights and torches and returned to the site this morning to carry out further investigations and establish the dynamics and causes of the accident.
