Through its official website, the Lazio announced the date and time of the first round of the championship play-offs Under 18. The Biancocelesti, who finished the Regular Season in fourth place, will face the Genoa. Below is the company press release:
PRESS RELEASE – After 34 days, the Regular Season of the Under 18 National Professional Championship ended. Lazio led by Francesco Punzi finished the championship in fourth place in the standings and qualified for the Final Phases.
On Wednesday 5 June at 11:00 at the ‘La Borghesiana’ Sports Center (live on sslazio.it and Lazio Style Channel) Lazio awaits Genoa of the same age. The eagles, born in 2006, will be involved in the playoff, a dry match from inside or outside that offers only one pass to the semi-final, where Inter (first place) will be waiting for the winner.
Mister Ruotolo’s rossoblu ended the season in fifth place in the table, with the same points as the biancocelesti (56), but it is Lazio who have the advantage of the best placing and of playing the match at home, thanks to the results obtained in the clashes direct: the 2-2 in the capital and the victory in Liguria by 0-2.
90 minutes, with the exception of any extra time, is the time that divides Lazio from the Scudetto semi-final. Francesco Punzi’s eagles are determined to win the pass to the Marche, only one other small piece is missing called Genoa.
