PLAY SPACES FOR CHILDREN AGED 18 TO 36 MONTHS: REGISTRATION REOPENEDPosted at 18:49h

Considering that registrations for the private “Play Spaces” affiliated with the Municipality of Palermo closed on 11 March 2024, and that there are still 60 places available, the Administration – starting today, Monday 3 June 2024 – has decided to reopen registrations for the nine structures involved.
The “Play Space” service is aimed at promote harmonious psychophysical, cognitive, emotional and social development of the children and of little girls Of aged between 18 and 36 months and to offer support for families in their educational task, promoting activities to be carried out in recreational-educational contexts organized and managed by competent personnel.
The activities take place five days a week, for 4 or 5 hours a day, mainly in the afternoon and the service includes a snack.
For attendance there is one fixed rate of €30.00 per month to be paid directly to the organization that manages the gaming space, by the 5th of each month.
The registration applications must be forwarded by the parents or by those exercising parental authority over the minor, exclusively via the Portale Scuola del Comune di Palermo website, by accessing the “Online Services” section via SPID or CIE.
REQUIREMENTS:
Children residing in the Municipality of Palermo who, on 1 September 2024, will be aged between 18 months and 36 months can be enrolled in the affiliated private play spaces.
To make the request, the child must not be enrolled in any municipal nursery school (or registered in the regional register pursuant to L.22/86).
THE non-residents they may be admitted if a parent works in the Municipality of Palermo.
Furthermore, to attend, minors must comply with the regulations vaccinations (law 31 July 17 n°19).
