What do you need to vote. In order to vote, citizens must present their electoral card at the polling station, together with a valid identity document. Anyone who has changed residence within the municipality of Pistoia after the last elections must ensure that they have received the slip noting the change in address and that they have applied it to their electoral card. Those who have not received it can contact the electoral office. To issue a duplicate of the electoral card (due to loss, theft, deterioration, running out of voting spaces on the card) you must contact the electoral office.

Openings of the electoral office (via Santa). The election office will be open Friday 7 June from 8.30am to 6pm, Saturday 8 June from 8.30am to 11pm and Sunday 9 June from 7am to 11pm. Extraordinary openings of the counters are also scheduled for the issuing of identity cards on 8 and 9 June.

Transport service to the polling station for non-ambulatory voters. Non-ambulatory voters, without their own means of transport, can request to be accompanied from their residence or domicile to the nearest polling station, free of architectural barriers, with subsequent return to their home. The service offered, from 8am to 6pm on voting days, will be activated upon request and upon reservation by the voter, by calling the Arciconfraternita Misericordia Association on 0573 505340.

Further information on voting procedures and active services can be consulted on the Municipality’s website at www.comune.pistoia.it by accessing the specific thematic area dedicated to the 2024 European Elections or by sending an email to [email protected].

A portal dedicated to elections. Also for this electoral round, the Administration’s data processing center has created a portal dedicated to the elections which will allow everyone, in front of the computer, to follow the electoral results in real time via the web starting from Saturday 8 June. The program, at the address ordini.comune.pistoia.it, will allow you to acquire all the information relating to the elections and process the data entered in order to build graphs and percentages also by section. The data will remain stored in an archive that can be consulted online even in subsequent periods to make comparisons and projections. Once you click on the address you will be able to choose between different options.
