European elections 2024, Giuseppe Conte in Foggia with MEP Mario Furore: the proposals

On Republic Day, Sunday 2 June, the supporters of the 5 Star Movement and the outgoing MEP, as well as candidate for reconfirmation, Mario Furore, welcomed the five-star leader Giuseppe Conte. “I expect that the province of Foggia can respond to our commitment, give us feedback on our commitment and on the fact that we have always fought, starting with Mario Furore, with honor and discipline. We are on the side of the peace negotiations, against the sending of weapons and the continuation of this military escalation, against the austerity pact. We have always fought in favor of a green transition, we cannot go back to fossil fuels. For equal rights at all levels without discrimination” he said the former prime minister on Foggiatoday, who also highlighted the battle on the reduction of working hours to 32 hours but with equal pay and the European citizen’s income:

Thus the candidate for the European elections on 8-9 June Mario Furore: “Thanks Foggia. A packed square welcomed President Giuseppe Conte to our city. Thank you for the great affection you have shown us, it is always a privilege of which I am proud and honored. It was a unique emotion for me. I am proud of what I have done in these five years in the European Parliament, of having represented our land and the whole of the South in Europe and of having carried out my mandate with discipline and honour. Let’s continue our gentle revolution with our heads held high. Let’s change Italy and Europe with our vote.”

At 3pm Giuseppe Conte will be in Piazza Aldo Moro to meet citizens with the mayoral candidate Angelo Masucci.
