“We are deeply concerned and saddened by having learned from the press that Sogaer’s leaders illegitimately occupy the seats on which the administration of the Cagliari-Elmas airport depends. An even greater concern if we consider that the actions taken by them in this period are ineffective because they were adopted by non-legitimate bodies. We are truly sorry and we stand in solidarity with the administrators who will have to return the sums unduly received by Sogaer (or also by Sogaerdyn or Sogaer security?)”. This was stated in a joint statement by Alberto Bertolottipresident of Confcommercio Sud Sardinia, e Fausto Murapresident of Federalberghi Sud Sardegna.
“But the problem now is much more serious – they continue –. As is known, despite the contrary decisions of all the supervisory authorities, from Anac to Enac up to the Court of Auditors, the current management of the Cagliari-Oristano Chamber of Commerce does not want to listen to reason and intends to move forward on the path of transfer of the airport in favor of a private fund chosen, among the many existing in the world, with arbitrary criteria. To do so he intends not to follow national and European legislation and also seems to have problems with common sense.”
“To proceed with this senseless ambition to sell off, the decisions of the Sogaer company are not irrelevant – add Bertolotti and Mura –.
